Agility Healthcard Annual Withdrawal
As the year draws to a close, we’re pleased to announce the annual Agility Healthcard withdrawal period is opening in October 2025. During this period, Healthcard clients have the freedom to decide whether to withdraw available funds or retain them for future healthcare needs.
The digital withdrawal form makes the process simple and seamless; no paperwork, no delays. With just a few clicks, clients can complete and submit their requests online in minutes.
Important to note: Irrespective of the withdrawal amount requested, a minimum R200 will be retained in your Healthcard account to ensure that the card remains active.
Important Dates & Deadlines
Members
Submission Period:
Thursday, 16 October 2025 – Friday, 07 November 2025
Funds Release Date:
By Friday, 20 December 2025
Please Note:
Withdrawal requests submitted after Friday,
07 November 2025 cannot be processed.
We encourage all cardholders to submit their requests within this window to ensure timely access to funds.
Employers
Employers are required to authorise their employees’ withdrawal option. Click HERE for the employer authorisation form.
Employer Form Submission Period:
Thursday, 16 October 2025 – Friday, 24 October 2025
Please Note:
If the employer has not approved withdrawals for their employees, employees will not be able to submit a withdrawal request and available funds will remain in the Healthcard.
How to Ensure a Successful Submission

To ensure your request is processed successfully, please complete the electronic form accurately and attach all required supporting documentation (Proof of identification: Valid ID document, drivers licence or passport; and Proof of banking details: A bank statement or letter verifying the bank account, no older than three months).
