Dear Healthcard Employer,
During October - November 2025, employees have the opportunity to withdraw funds from their Healthcards to be paid into their personal bank accounts. However, this must be approved by employers before employees are informed of the withdrawal window period.
Should you wish to make the withdrawal option available to employees, kindly authorise the withdrawal by completing the form provided below. The Employer Authorisation form must be submitted by Friday, 24 October 2025.
Should employees be authorised to withdraw their funds, they will be required to complete the Individual Withdrawal form as well, and submit the form along with the required documentation.
The link to the Individual Form will be communicated to employees once authorisation from the employer was received.
