Agility Healthcard Transition Update and Upcoming Enhancements
We are excited to share some important updates regarding your Agility Healthcard and the enhancements we are implementing to improve your experience.
We are transitioning to a new, enhanced card model designed to offer you greater efficiency, improved security, and an extended card validity period.
However, during this transition, there have been some challenges that may have impacted service delivery and response times, including delays in replacing expired cards. Interim cards are being issued to ensure uninterrupted service while we finalise the new permanent cards.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and are actively working to resolve these delays. We have allocated additional resources to improve turnaround times and ensure smoother service delivery moving forward.
In addition, we are introducing several exciting enhancements that will make managing your Healthcard easier than ever:
WhatsApp Support
A dedicated WhatsApp channel will be launched to fast-track enquiry resolution and provide quick assistance.
Online Card Replacement Requests
You will soon be able to request replacement cards online for added convenience.
View Your Balance Online
